Custom Telephone Systems, Inc.  began business in 1975, then incorporated in 1977.   We are a privately held company owned by Lonnie & Brenda Short.  We are dedicated to making Custom Telephone Systems YOUR telephone company and providing you with the best service possible.

For over 30 years we have positioned ourselves as one of the largest independent interconnect companies in Central Texas.  We are trusted by over 6,000 Central Texas customers including doctors, lawyers, accountants, manufacturing companies, car dealerships, banks, restaurants, hotels and everything in between.  Our customers are not limited by size or company type.

When we sell you a telephone system, we will evaluate your needs and provide you with a quote that we believe is best for your company.  Once you buy from Custom Telephone Systems, you will receive in addition to the latest equipment,  programming, keyset designations and on-site training.

CTS technicians are all factory trained, certified and are up-to-date on the cutting edge technology. Our normal office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in order to provide you with the service you need. However, our trained technicians are available 24/7 for emergency service.  We offer our services within a 100 miles radius of Waco, Temple, Killeen and Austin. 

We are authorized dealers for Samsung, NEC and WIN telephone systems.  Custom Telephone Systems has been designated a Samsung Platinum Partner for over 12 years and has also received an award for "Best of  the Southwest".  We can provide you with a new system or repair your existing system or relocate your system. In addition to these manufacturers, we are able to work on most other major brands.  We provide voice, data & fiber optic cabling.  Custom Telephone Systems maintains a large inventory to provide our customers with the equipment that is needed should you have a defective component or need a new system installed.
